At Tactikowl Gear, we work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way as quickly as possible. Every order is handled by a small team of real humans, not a warehouse full of robots, so we appreciate your patience and support.
Processing Times
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days after purchase.
During product launches, holidays, sales events, Blade Show weekends, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll do our best to notify affected customers.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination, package size, and available services.
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include processing time.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Tactikowl Gear cannot guarantee its security.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, if an issue arises, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier to resolve it.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Tactikowl Gear are legal to own, import, possess, and use in their country, state, province, or locality.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Multiple Orders
Orders placed separately cannot always be combined after purchase. If you have questions regarding multiple orders, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Pre-Orders
Products offered as pre-orders will clearly indicate an estimated ship date on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Estimated ship dates for pre-order products are subject to change.
